PAY AS YOU PLAY (PAYP)
If you dishonor you monthly payment, there is a 14 day grace period to get back onto track with payments.
You will receive an email with a invoice attached with a 10% dishonor fee included in the outstanding months payment.
Your "PAY AS YOU PLAY (PAYP)" service will be suspend until this is paid and remittance (screenshot of payment) is sent to sales@valleysoundstudio.com.au.
If this is not actioned within the 14 day grace period at 15 days without any payment your "PAY AS YOU PLAY (PAYP)" service will be canceled indefinitely and you will be restricted any access to discounts or payment plans and memberships for 6 months.
Or between 3-6 months with reason to spend an amount over $2000 at one time.
cOVID
If you are forced to self isolate or lockdown,you must show us the message from the government (send screenshot or email to terms@valleysoundstudio.com.au)along with how long you will be out of action for. The Valley team will then review and get back to you with either a denial or an extension of your current membership or Pricing Plan.
SERVICES REFUND/CREDIT POLICY
All services at Valley SOUND Studios are non-refundable.
Although it is possible to transfer remaining funds on plans and memberships etc. across to another service if you are wanting to opt out of that plan earlier than its period.

EXAMPLE
You purchase UBER + for $1700 but you have used it for 2 months and used all extra services that are included (5 rehearsals & 10 hours of STUDIO TIME) & you are about to do a 3 month tour so you know you wont be using the rest of your membership in that time.
You could use the remainder months calculated at the monthly fee of $550 6 months membership divided by the remainder months of 4= $137.50 remainder credit you could use across the whole VALLEY.
